Job Description
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting sales growth, expanding our customer base, and driving business development initiatives across Ghana. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting, networking, and building relationships with key stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about market trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing and logistics teams, to ensure effective sales support and customer service
- Prepare and submit sales reports, including market analysis and sales performance data
Requirements:
- A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 2 years of sales experience in a similar industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
